Rocks Riverside Park sits immediately on the Brisbane River. The Maprun Parks Queensland course takes maprunners through three distinct zones that the park has to offer. From the river flats that are home to various industrial relics and market gardens, you can climb the bushland ridge. This dry eucalypt forest offers sweeping views of the Brisbane River. The final zone is the green corridor on the other side of the ridge, with lazy suburban streets and numerous green spaces for your exploration. Once the course is completed, enjoy the water play area, have a barbeque with friends or make the most of the views.

Getting There​

  • Enter Rocks Riverside Park from Counihan Road. The first carpark on the left is closest to the start.
  • From this carpark, head east until you see the tall column. This column is the start and is quite visible from about 100m away.
